Booking: –

Once we have confirmed the requested weeks are available, we would need a 25% deposit transferring to our UK Bank Account. For those outside the UK, who would prefer to pay in Euros we would convert the sum in the rate of the day for payment into our French account. The balance will always be held in pounds sterling and when the balance is due it will be converted at the new conversion rate at the time of payment. The Balance is due 2 months prior to the start of the holiday together with a £600 security deposit. Which is refundable after you leave.

Pre Arrival Shopping: –

Should you wish to hit the ground running and not have the chore of shopping then for a modest fee we can do a big Super market shop for you prior to your arrival. The cost of this service is 10% of the cost  of the shop or a minimum of 20 Euros. We can supply a shopping template for you to fill in, and to add to should you require anything not included on our list.

Welcome Pack : –

Since we offer the pre arrival shopping service, we do not offer a free basic list of groceries, but instead something far more interesting to our guests.  A Welcome Wine Pack. One of the beauties of living in the S of France is its proximity to many excellent chateau that offer affordable wines. One of my hobbies for some years has been  to source good wines from the Minervois, Corbiere,, Fitou and even as far as  the Rioja area of Spain.. I buy these in bulk and bottle them at the Moulin. Our Welcome pack is a bottle of wine per person per week of rental. Typically for a group of 14 it would be:-  4 Merlot; 4 Fitou;  4 white (A Chardonnay/Viognier blend);  2 Rose (A Merlot / Cinsault blend). We also put a bottle of beer per person per week in the fridge. Further bottles of these wines are available for purchase at 2.75 – 3.75 Euros per bottle.
