Flexilibity of Booking the Moulin de la Materette.

Below are the weekly rates for booking the Moulin sleeping up to 15 guests, The 4th column has the cost of Moulin & Grange combined. ( Sleeping 23) . We never rent out the Grange separately. If you are wanting a holiday home that sleeps over 12 guests, but might need more space for an extra family or two, but can’t get a definite decision from the extra families, then the flexibility we offer is ideal. Reserve the Moulin and have the option to add the Grange when you know the party is going to increase in numbers. The advantage of a larger group is that it brings down the average cost of the holiday quite significantly. For instance 14 guests in peak season costs £303  per guest,  22 guests works out at £238 per guest.  You can also book just an extra 2 rooms. along with the studio, below are the part costs of booking the Grange

1 extra room – 30% of the Grange rental :  2 extra rooms – 60% of the Grange Rental, The full rental price would apply to 3 or 4 extra rooms.
